These terms govern your use of toolvodrills.co.uk and any purchase you make from Toolvo Drills Ltd (company registered in England).
1. Contract
A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
2. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. We accept major cards and Apple/Google Pay.
3. Availability
If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund within 5 working days.
4. Warranty
All tools carry a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty. Statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
5. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased, except where liability cannot be limited by law (death, personal injury, fraud).
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
