Shipping Policy

We ship across the United Kingdom using tracked services from Royal Mail, DPD and Evri.
1. Delivery options
- Standard (2–4 working days) — £3.95, free on orders over £50.
- Express (next working day) — £6.95, order before 2pm Mon–Fri.
- Saturday delivery — £9.95, order before 2pm Friday.
2. Order processing
Orders placed before 2pm on working days are dispatched the same day. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
3. Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
4. Coverage
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may incur a small surcharge shown at checkout.
5. Missed deliveries
If nobody is home, the courier will leave a card and re-attempt or hold at a local depot. Parcels are held for 7 days before return.
