Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If you're not, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

1. Eligibility

Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and include all accessories. Custom or clearance items may be excluded and will be marked as such.

2. How to return

Email returns@toolvodrills.co.uk with your order number. We'll email a prepaid Royal Mail returns label.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the return.

4. Faulty items

If a tool is faulty on arrival or within its warranty period, we cover all return shipping and offer a repair, replacement, or full refund at your choice.

5. Statutory rights

Your legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
